Our Ninjas program has been specifically designed for children aged 3-6 years old. We have the classes split into two age categories:

• Tiny Ninjas: 3-4year old’s

• Little Ninjas: 5-6year old’s

Our Ninjas program has been created to develop respect, discipline and focus prior to going to school or to assist during the early years of their education. They learn self-control and healthy eating while enjoying the basics of Karate.

Every class includes a game-based warm-up, basic strength, coordination and flexibility, learning punches, kicks, blocks and Karate stances. Our trainers always encourage the students to challenge themselves and are there every step of the way to help them achieve their goals, no matter how big or small.

Our Ninjas participate in Gradings, which occur 4 times a year, and gives students the opportunity to gain a higher belt ranking. Each grading is signified by a different colour belt, starting from White Belt all the way to Black Belt.
